Business Name Registration:
A copy of your business registration showing the registered name of your company.
Memorandum & Articles of Association:
A copy of your company's Memorandum & Articles of Association outlining its structure and governance.
Certificate of Incorporation:
A copy of your company's Certificate of Incorporation issued by the relevant authority.
Company’s Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN):
Your company's Taxpayer Registration Number for tax purposes.
Particulars of the Directors:
Form 12 & 13 or Form 23 providing details of the company's directors.
Valid Identification:
A copy of a valid identification document (e.g., Passport or Driver’s License) for each signing officer, director, principal owner & beneficiary.
TRN for each signing officer, director, principal owner & beneficiary:
Taxpayer Registration Number for each relevant individual.
Reference Letters:
Two reference letters for each director, signing officer & principal owner. References may come from Notary Public / Justice of the Peace, long-standing customer of First Global Bank Ltd.(> 3 years), Medical Practitioner, Minister of Religion, Attorney-at-Law, Manager from First Global Bank.
Financial Statements:
Audited, Interim, or Projected Financial Statements to assess the financial standing of the company.
Verification of Address:
Documentation verifying the company's address.
Important Notes:

All copies of the aforementioned documents must be certified if being uploaded via the website.
